Where's the Beef?
If you've come to beefsnob.com to purchase beef, don't worry! Barham's Ozark Beef continues to offer all-natural, pasture-raised beef from our family ranch to your freezer. We only process twice a year now - April and October. Deposits for April orders are due by December 31. Deposits for October orders are due by June 30. Where does your beef come from?
Beef Snob Snack Sticks got its start on Charlie Barham’s ranch in Ozark, Arkansas. Today, we source beef from trusted ranchers across the United States who follow humane and responsible practices. Many of those ranchers are right here in Arkansas, the Natural State.
Are Beef Snob Snack Sticks all natural?
Yes. Our snack sticks are made with all natural ingredients and contain no added hormones, fillers, or artificial junk.
Are your snack sticks gluten free?
Yes. All Beef Snob Snack Sticks are naturally gluten free.
Do the snack sticks need to be refrigerated?
No refrigeration is needed before opening. They are shelf stable and perfect for lunches, road trips, sports bags, and keeping in the truck. Once opened, we recommend eating them soon or refrigerating for freshness. Once opened and refrigerated, we recommend eating them within 2-3 days.
Are Beef Snob Snack Sticks kid friendly?
Absolutely. Many families tell us their kids love them. Our flavors are bold but balanced, and even our jalapeño is not overly spicy.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within two to five business days from Arkansas. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location, but most Beef Snobs receive their order quickly. If you are looking for quicker delivery, visit our Amazon store.

We currently ship anywhere in the United States.
