Our Story

Our story begins on Charlie Barham’s ranch in Ozark, Arkansas, where caring for the land and the animals is simply a way of life. Charlie raised his cattle with respect, patience, and a deep commitment to quality. Those values shaped the foundation of everything our family would build in the years to come.

In 2019, we began selling bulk beef directly to families who wanted honest, all-natural beef they could trust. The response was overwhelming and it confirmed that folks truly cared about where their food comes from and how it is raised.

In December of 2023, we expanded into Beef Snob Snack Sticks. Our goal was simple. We wanted to bring the same quality we provided through our bulk beef program into a convenient, healthy snack that families could enjoy anywhere. Every recipe was created with clean ingredients, simple seasonings, and real USA raised beef sourced from ranchers who share our commitment to humane and responsible practices. Many of those ranchers are right here in Arkansas, the Natural State.

Today, Beef Snob continues to grow, but our mission remains the same. Take care of the animals, take care of the land, and take care of the people we serve.
